Passenger health and safety come first. That’s why we’ve developed anticovid protection for passenger transportation. C&G KIEL PROTECT creates an invisible, ultra-thin, self-disinfecting, antimicrobial amorphous glass coating with bactericidal and virucidal properties that lasts for at least 12 months.
Surfaces treated with this product physically destroy germs permanently.
The negatively charged cell walls of the germs are, in fact, attracted by the positively charged coating and therefore perforated on contact. This special coating also makes it easier to clean the seats and prevents the formation of odors, mold, fungus, algae and yeast. C&G KIEL PROTECT COATING also contains the GLIDE function, which protects the surfaces from signs of wear and tear in the event of sliding contact.
Virucidal and bactericidal action

In contact infections, such as Covid-19, pathogens are spread through physical contact such as sharing objects contaminated with viruses and bacteria. That’s why, in transportation, germs can be transmitted unknowingly through the sharing of door handles and handrails.

Efficacy tested
C&G KIEL PROTECT offers efficacy tested by independent trial laboratories. Against tgevcoronavirus it showed a virus reduction in one hour of 90%, a virus reduction in 8 hours of 99.9%.
Against Escherichia coli bacteria a decrease in germs in 30 minutes of 99.62% and a decrease in germs in one hour of 99.95%. The antibacterial properties of the product also result in a significant reduction in microbial growth between disinfection or cleaning cycles.
